I particularly like growing Roma tomatoes because here in coastal Texas I have found them to be very hardy and productive (and they snap back from summer &amp;#8220;doldrums&amp;#8221; and produce again in the fall).
Also, refrigeration makes tomatoes less flavorful, so people might want to consider letting tomatoes that have been in the fridge time to warm to room temperature before use.</description>
